During National Nurses Week, we want to take time to spotlight our eleven nurses that make up the clinical operations team at HealthTrust. They play a crucial role in supporting our 17,000 nurses nationwide, ensuring success in their day-to-day patient care. Our clinical operations team provides 24-hour support both virtually and face to face. The team is positioned across the nation to allow for easy accessibility to our nurses and healthcare facilities as well as help advocate on behalf of all our nurses. The clinical operations team is the backbone that supports the delivery of quality healthcare services.

Clinical Operations Team: What is your "Why"?
My name is Jamie Anderson, AVP of Clinical Education for HealthTrust. I have been employed by HealthTrust for 15 years and HCA for 19 years. I reside in Texas with my amazing husband and 4 wonderful children. My "why" is to provide nurses the Education tools and assessments so they may successfully deliver optimal patient outcomes. It is important to build a relationship and culture that cultivates learning and excellence within the HealthTrust community and our clients. I am thankful and blessed every day to be a part of a team that positively impacts the healthcare community.

My name is Linda Dailey and I am the Director of Clinical operations for the West and North Florida division of HealthTrust. I have been a nurse for over 31 years and worked at HealthTrust for the last 17 years. My experience as a nurse was in the ER. My “why” is to be able to be part of a team to support nurses with the best resources, education and support so that they can provide exceptional patient care.

I am Jason Jenkins and currently in a dual role as Division VP and Director of clinical ops for NC HCA division for HealthTrust. I have 26 years of experience as a RN with nursing experience in Oncology, Neuroscience and ER. My "why" is knowing the importance of being able to help those who can't help themselves.

I have been a nurse for 30 years and the CNO of HealthTrust for 6 years and my “why” is having the opportunity to provide top quality nurses in communities with critical needs.
In 2023, we provided over 40,000 nurses, to communities across the nation to manage the immediate care of their most critically ill patients. Many of the nurses have been recognized with Daisy awards, personal recognition and job advancements. These achievements make me so remarkably proud and spark my desire to continue to build our program and support each and every one of you. My wish for this Nurses week is to express my appreciation and gratitude to each of you for all that you do.

I enjoy interacting with our leaders, vendor partners and nurses. Each one of them have a story to tell and I want to be a listening ear to assist with coming up with a solution.

I have been a nurse for 14 years and with HCA for 12 years. I love nursing and working with our clinical professionals. My "why" is to support the hospitals and clinicians that serve our communities so that they can focus on the care of the patients.

This year, I am celebrating 25 years of being a nurse. I have enjoyed various nursing roles, from bedside RN to Flight Nurse to ACNO, and many roles in between. This journey has allowed me to grow personally and professionally, adding diverse tools to my toolbox.
My "why" has always been focused on providing quality, compassionate care in a safe environment. Today, I support and mentor front-line leaders to lead with a servant's heart and ensure quality, compassionate, and safe care is delivered to every patient, every day.

I've been a nurse for 16 years and with HCA since 2017. Have been in my current role as a Director of Clinical Operations with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions for 3.5. As a dedicated nursing professional, I have worked in many different areas within the Acute care setting, but if I had to choose what made me continue to love being a nurse is my first job as a cardiac TCU nurse. My why… to impact as many patients to receive care like family and help motivate nurses working within this complex healthcare environment.
