Parallon Workforce Solution's summer interns took some time away from the office to volunteer in the community! The United Way of Broward County placed the interns with Foster Grandparents, a program that provides adults ages 55 and over with mentorship and volunteer opportunities aimed at serving children and young adults.
The group helped Foster Grandparents with some much-needed data entry. The data they entered will allow the program to show just how much the skills and lessons offered by the grandparents have improved the lives of the children they volunteer with.
Parallon thanks its interns for all the hard work and dedication they've shown over the summer to both PWS and to the community.
