Making PWS GREAT- Recognizing Brandon Maravich

The culture of Parallon Workforce Solutions is anchored upon our purpose to serve and enable those who care and improve human life in their communities.

To celebrate this commitment, we started a new movement in mid-May to promote our core attributes that make PWS truly GREAT— Growth, Recognition, Engagement, Appreciation and Teamwork.

The premise of the program is simple- when PWS associates notice their colleagues demonstrating one or more of these attributes, they have the opportunity to share the story with the rest of the organization. Because the nomination process is anonymous, you never know who is watching- and taking note- of your actions.

Within a matter of one month, Brandon Maravich, Director of Staffing for Parallon Workforce Solutions in North Texas, was nominated by three individual colleagues.  He is pictured above with his Regional Vice President, Kristi Stark.

Here is how PWS associates have noticed Brandon making PWS GREAT:

  • "I recently traveled to the Dallas office on business and Brandon was absolutely instrumental in coordinating multiple on-site meetings with the clients. Not only did Brandon make sure that I was on the appropriate Director's calendars, but he accompanied me to some of the meetings to formally make the introduction himself. His attention to the matter made the visit to North Texas an overwhelming success."

  • "Brandon joined Parallon in late January of this year, right after we took Workforce 2.0 live in North Texas. Brandon rolled up his sleeves, learned the new system and has played a vital role in leading through the change in our Dallas Staffing office.  His commitment to our customers and his work ethic are only part of what make him a great asset to Parallon Workforce Solutions.  I’m so proud to have him on our team."

  • "Week after week, Brandon sends me referrals or personally introduces me to associates whom he has worked with in the past. It is such a pleasure to work with someone who puts such an emphasis on TEAMWORK."

Thank you for making PWS GREAT, Brandon!
