April Employee of the Month
Ania Kelly: Associate Recruiter

Ania has continued to provide value as a respected member of the HealthTrust family since July of 2019. As an Associate Recruiter, Ania is responsible for sourcing and following up with candidates to work for HCA Healthcare-affiliated facilities while training new colleagues. Outside of work, Ania enjoys cooking, helping her dad work on cars, spending time with family, and serving others when possible.
“The best part of my job is hearing the passion from nurses, which has rubbed off on me as I am now in nursing school. I love to help others and I am told that is the role for me," says Ania. "I was initially shocked to be Employee of the Month as I really don't look for recognition due to the sense of reward I feel from simply doing my job. I am no different from anyone else in my mind."

Jennifer Sulzbach: Corporate Recruiter

Jennifer, who has been with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions since 2020, has been integral in promoting HealthTrust's mission and communicating effectively with candidates. As a Corporate Recruiter, Jennifer is responsible for promoting HealthTrust and the organization's outstanding culture. In addition, Jennifer works with leadership on open requisitions in their department and posting jobs that candidates can apply to. Likewise, Jennifer sources and interviews candidates while scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers. Also, Jennifer conducts extensive reporting for HealthTrust, facilitates offers and employment negotiations, and assists with HealthTrust with formatting job descriptions and titles. Aside from work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, playing tennis, reading poetry, painting, and going to the gym.
"I love working with hiring managers! Every manager is different and looking for various skillsets. I enjoy learning about what qualities they look for in a candidate. I also love a challenge. It is a great feeling when I fill a position that is a bit more difficult to find an ideal candidate for," says Jennifer. "I have been recognized more times in our organization than anywhere else. I am so grateful to receive Employee of the Month, but even more thankful to be a part of an organization that recognizes its employees. I love the team, the leadership, and the company that I work for, and that in itself makes me happy to be here every day."

Ryan Savage: Associate Recruiter

Ryan has been building positive relationships with candidates at HealthTrust since 2020. As an Associate Recruiter, Ryan sources and recruits Registered Nurses, along with Allied Health Professionals, that are interested in Local Contract or Per Diem opportunities in Texas. When not working, Ryan enjoys cooking and participating in community service projects.
"The energy I receive from my colleagues and health professionals is truly empowering. It allows me to have a greater impact on what we do, which is to provide patient care," says Ryan. "Being awarded Employee of the Month was actually a shock because I consider myself a constant work-in-progress as I learn new things every day."
