July 2018: Ivanna Kaufman, Associate Recruiter - Sourcing
Ivanna joined the HealthTrust team in the summer of 2017. In her role, she is responsible for sourcing candidates - particularly for South Carolina and Georgia - as well as calling any candidates who apply directly. She also follows up with candidates throughout their entire hiring process, seeing what she can do to expedite the process and making sure to answer any questions they may have along the way.
While helping people find jobs is fulfilling in and of itself, she finds additional satisfaction through monthly and quarterly contests designed to help the team succeed.
"I feel like it really motivates us in reaching our numbers," Ivanna says about the contests. "It is very exciting to think of new ideas to help you meet your goals."
Outside of the office, Ivanna enjoys spending time outdoors and exercising.
August 2018: Max Belony, Associate Recruiter - Perm Placement
Max came on board in May 2018 as an associate recruiter for the permanent placement division. Max's job is to identify and screen potential candidates to ensure that their qualifications align with the needs of specific job vacancies. He also works closely with account managers, recruiters, and the candidates themselves to see how he can help make the job placement process easier.
"I truly feel appreciated and welcomed by everyone since I started working here," Max says about his time at HealthTrust. "I know there are other amazing people here, but I am completely wowed by the experience of earning Employee of the Month."
In his spare time, Max enjoys cooking and traveling with his family.
September 2018: Joann Liria, Associate Recruiter - Sourcing
Joann began her time at HealthTrust in March 2017. Like Ivanna, Joann is responsible for sourcing and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, although her focus is on opportunities in our Continental and Mountain divisions. She notes that the best part of her job is the teamwork she's established with her colleagues.
"We feed off each other and work well together to come up with innovative ideas for recruiting," says Joann. "I truly enjoy making an impact and delivering great patient care by identifying great talent that reaches our hospital floors."
Outside of the office, Joann enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.
