As we mentioned in our holiday season checklist for healthcare professionals, It's also your last chance to redeem those awards before they expire! And while some benefits are automatically applied, it's still a great idea to check in on your VIP status before points reset on December 31.

What is the HealthTrust VIP Program?
The HealthTrust VIP Program is our effort to provide our top-performing nurses and healthcare professionals with the priority support, premium perks, and VIP treatment you deserve. Some specifics provided by the program include:
- Exclusive access to premier HealthTrust contracts and specialty roles
- Perks to promote excellence like gift cards, stylish scrubs, luggage, and more
- Insider benefits like a priority support line plus special swag and other surprises
How does the HealthTrust rewards program work?
To qualify, you must be on a HealthTrust assignment and in good standing. If you complete at least 1,872 hours by the eligibility period, you're in, with top performers automatically enrolled with no registration needed.
So, on one hand there's no need to redeem your points because they automatically translate into priority support, luxury scrubs, travel gift cards, entertainment incentives, and other real-world perks.
On the other hand, it's also fun to check your balance throughout the year, and track your progress toward VIP status. After all, every shift brings you closer to qualifying! You don't want to miss the chance to unlock any time-sensitive opportunities, either.
