As America pays tribute to its workforce on Labor Day, we wanted to thank you for sharing your talents with us. Just as our clinicians have many choices available to them when they consider a new assignment, so too do each of you. We’re glad that you chose us. Wherever you work—from recruiting to credentialing, accounting to IT—we salute your hard work, your professionalism and your dedication to both the healthcare professionals we employ and to each other. It is your commitment that fuels our passion.
So celebrate the work you do by doing no work on Monday. Reconnect with the people who matter to you. That’s the ultimate reason why we all work so hard, and we’ll be back at it again soon enough. However you choose to spend your day off, please remember that there are many clinicians as well as support staffers for whom Monday will be just another day at work. Because taking care of people in need never takes a holiday, many of our employees will be on the job as usual while the rest of us relax. We owe them our gratitude as well.
