Introducing the Specialty Travel Program

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions on Apr 10, 2019 10:47:14 AM

For nurses wanting to combine the adventure of travel nursing with the stability of a permanent position, HealthTrust is pleased to offer the Specialty Travel Program! Nurses in the Specialty Travel Program enjoy guaranteed travel assignments nationwide as well as the benefits of permanent employment, such as health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

HWS_SpecialtyTraveler_Seal_Opt3Like traditional travel nursing, specialty travel nurses can expect to spend about 13 weeks at each facility before transitioning to the next, with housing or a housing stipend provided for each location. Nurses will have a say in where they go on their next assignment, and they will also receive pay packages that are on par with or exceed other travel assignments in the area.

“We’re looking to hire the best of the best for in-demand specialties nationwide,” say HWS VP of Travel Tim Bollinger. “Our Specialty Travel Program nurses will receive high compensation and the best preferences, and we’ll make sure to keep them working.”

Since Specialty Travel Program jobs are considered permanent positions, nurses have the ability to schedule paid vacation time to visit friends and family instead of having to wait for gaps in assignments. HealthTrust is currently hiring for the Specialty Travel Program in a variety of specialties, including Labor & Delivery, NICU, OR (Main and CVOR), Cath Lab (RN and Tech), PCU/Stepdown and Case Management

If you’re interested in becoming part of our Specialty Travel Program or learning more about the program, please fill out the form below and a recruiter will be in touch! Refer a friend to our Specialty Travel Program and you can earn up to $1,500 per referral between July 1, 2019 and Sept. 1, 2019.
