# Recruitment Employees of the Month for April-June, 2018

Each month, our Recruitment team recognizes a team member who exemplifies outstanding service while maintaining a positive attitude. Congratulations to Recruitment's Employees of the Month for April, May, and June 2018!

**April 2018: Raysa Sanabria, Associate Recruiter**
Raysa joined HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in July 2017. In her role as an [Associate Recruiter](https://engage.healthtrustjobs.com/career-spotlight-associate-recruiter), Raysa is responsible for identifying the high-quality nurses needed to fill positions at HCA Healthcare facilities nationwide. She says the best part of her job is making a difference and contributing to the healthcare industry.
"I’ve had quite a journey here," Raysa says. "This being my first time working in the health industry, I’ve learned a lot along the way and have put maximum effort as well as work to be a subject matter expert in my area."
Outside of the office, Raysa enjoys doing cardio, listening to music, cooking for friends and family, and engaging in outdoor activities.
**May 2018: Gabriel Moreno, Program Professional**
Gabriel joined our team in August 2016. He currently serves as the point of contact for our [permanent placement staffing partners](https://engage.healthtrustjobs.com/strengthening-our-partnerships-in-sunrise) regarding available positions at our non-HCA client facilities.
"Ever since I started working with HealthTrust, I wanted to exceed in every position that I was in," says Gabriel, who was formerly an Associate Recruiter. "I know that HealthTrust recognizes and gives opportunities for growth for those who do great in their respective roles."
In his spare time, Gabriel enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball and video games, and spending time with his wife.
**June 2018: Gabrielle Fortaleza, Career Coordinator**
Gabrielle began working with HealthTrust in May 2016. As the Career Coordinator, she was responsible for running reports for each of our recruitment lines of business, executing the referral bonus program, and assisting with the recruitment commission process.
"The best part of my position was being able to meet so many people in all different departments, learn more about HCA & HWS, and being able to help and put a smile on my co-workers' faces," Gabrielle says.
Outside of the office, Gabrielle enjoys plays sports and listening to music while painting. In August 2018, Gabrielle joined the HWS Marketing team as the Marketing Coordinator.
