Although job seekers mainly communicate with their recruiters, there is a team of people behind the scenes who help you land that perfect job. Our recruiters often rely on the expertise of our associate recruiters who can identify the quality nurses needed to fill positions at healthcare facilities nationwide.

Our intensive training program gives our incoming associate recruiters the confidence they need to hit the ground running, even if they only had limited experience in the staffing industry before joining our team. The associate recruiters are paired with regional recruiters across the country and often shadow our more seasoned recruiters to gain insight and experience. These associate recruiters quickly become well-respected team members essential to the job placement process.

The associate recruiter role is an entry-level job designed as a stepping stone on the staffing industry career path. The opportunities for professional and financial growth are endless at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, as healthcare is one of the fastest-growing fields in the country.

Some of our associate recruiters in South Florida, pictured at the top of this post, recently received a card and cookies from our recruitment office in Dallas in appreciation for their hard work and contributions. From left: Jennifer Mailly, James Trapani, Ajana Watson, Nelson Parets, Angilene Williams, Gabriel Moreno, and Jessica Galvez-Alsawi. Jennifer Mailly, who began as an associate recruiter in 2015, was recently promoted to staffing manager.
