January 2018: Jocelyn Monroy, Interim Regional Recruiter
Jocelyn joined HealthTrust in July 2017 as an associate recruiter and became an interim recruiter for the Far West market starting last October. Jocelyn is responsible for establishing a foundation for a smooth, timely onboarding process for her candidates through frequent and honest communications. She enjoys building relationships with her candidates and getting to know them as people while she helps them to meet their career goals.
Outside of the office, Jocelyn enjoys dancing and spending time with her family, especially her one-year-old daughter.
February 2018: Jessica Galvez-Alsawi, Sourcing Team Lead
Jessica joined the team in August 2016 and is responsible for identifying qualified nurses, as well as training new associate recruiters. She says the best part of her job is helping others succeed and making a difference in hospitals across the country.
"I find it very rewarding to know that I was able to identify a great nurse to help save a life," Jessica says.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling and visiting new coffee shops.
March 2018: Steven Busacca, Recruiting Coordinator
Steven joined HealthTrust in December 2015. Steven is responsible for posting jobs, onboarding perm vendors, conducting logistics calls with contract recruiters for our HRG line of business, and more. He says the best part of his job is the relationships he's built over the years with in-house recruiters, contractors, and external vendors.
Outside of the office, Steven spends his time fishing, snorkeling, running, and enjoying the great outdoors.
