Local Access Security Coordinator Guidie Georges was recently recognized for POWERING Parallon Workforce Solutions!

Guidie is known for always going above and beyond to get the job done. She is reliable and is great with clients, facilities and end users. She recently demonstrated her willingness to take on additional responsibilities by volunteering to assist with the configuration of Workforce 2.0 in order to help her team.  

The Denver-based Parallon Workforce Solutions team has been a supporter of Valverde Elementary School for the past year.  The team has participated in a number of fundraising activitites to collect school supplies and books. They have also donated their time to speak to the students about bullying and helped the administration with the school registration process. Most recently the team fundraised to donate 6 new tablets to students, which will help the students better prepare for upcoming state testing assessments.

Last Friday, the Parallon Workforce Solutions MSP Team accepted the "marshmallow challenge" in preparation of our Workforce 2.0 go-live. This challenge is a fun activity that encourages teams to experience simple but profound lessons in collaboration, innovation and creativity. The marshmallow challenge is a fast and powerful technique for improving a team’s capacity to generate ideas and build rapport. This lesson also reveals the true nature of collaboration, illustrates how each person innovates and emphasizes the importance of diverse perspectives.
