On Valentine’s Day, our corporate headquarters sold more than 600 carnations to raise money for the United Way of Broward County. Many of our team members gave these flowers to their coworkers as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

On Saturday, January 28, more than 75 HealthTrust team members and their families unleashed their inner superheroes at the KID Hero 5K to benefit Kids in Distress! The race was held at Vista View Park in Davie.

To celebrate this unique connection to healthcare delivery and patient care, we are pleased to introduce HealthTrust Hero, an award recognizing the HealthTrust clinicians and HealthTrust corporate team members who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. 

We introduced the Project Zero Challenge to encourage employees to maintain their current weight or even lose weight over the holiday season. Fifty of our team members signed up and 80 percent of participants successfully completed the challenge. 

Chauntrece Hart-Meda, Rachelle Cela, and Michael Alls were named the Project Zero Challenge All Stars for losing the most amount of weight during the six-week time frame!

The HealthTrust University Conference and Vendor Fair allows companies in the healthcare field to share their innovative products and services with industry leaders. HealthTrust members from hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the country attend the annual conference to build relationships with new and existing vendors, as well as attend presentations and panel discussions on a variety of topics.
