Our Employee Advisory Group hosted a Back-to-School Donation Drive at our Sunrise corporate office! Team members donated notebooks, backpacks, markers and more to support the Broward Education Foundation, a resource center where teachers receive free school supplies for their students in need.
Our Account Managers, Division Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, Clinical Operations team and more gathered at our Sunrise corporate office last week for training and discussion on how we can build stronger partnerships with the healthcare facilities we serve. In addition, the groups engaged in team building activities and social mixers to further strengthen their partnerships with each other. The event was facilitated by our Professional Development Group.
Congratulations to our Dallas Staffing team for earning Office of the Quarter for Q1 2019! These team members showed tremendous dedication to their nurses by helping them find more shifts, dedication to their facilities by helping them meet their needs, and dedication to their patients by helping them receive the highest quality of care.
At HealthTrust, our job is to take as good of care of our nurses as they do of their patients. That's why we're proud to introduce our HWS Rewards Program!
Our newly-launched HWS Rewards Program incorporates our signature $500 Quarterly Bonus and Refer a Friend programs into one comprehensive rewards program. Nurses can earn more money by picking up additional shifts and everyone can earn by introducing their friends to HealthTrust Workforce Solutions. It’s that easy!
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is proud to spotlight the Finance Shared Services Department. This department is broken into five teams: Billing, Shared Services Operations, Customer Service Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is proud to congratulate our recent graduates of the Leadership Development Program! This year-long program is designed to cultivate the continuous growth and professional development of our team members through formal mentorship, leadership exercises, presentation skills development and more.
Our Nashville office hosts a monthly contest for our local staffing specialists called Staffing Star! Each month, our specialists accumulate points for going above and beyond with helping nurses to book shifts, processing referrals, helping nurses to find new shifts in the event of a cancellation, and more.
Recruiters at our South Florida corporate headquarters recently received comprehensive recruitment training! These trainings are held at HWS offices across the country to demonstrate our commitment to operational excellence and cultivating a high-performance culture. Each training is hosted by HWS Vice President of Professional Development John Ruffini.
Our StaRN program is hiring! If you’re a registered nurse and would like to inspire the next generation of nurses in Richmond, Salt Lake City, or Las Vegas, consider becoming a StaRN instructor. No prior teaching experience is necessary!
StaRN – short for Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses – is designed to bridge the skills gap between new graduates and experienced nurses through a combination of classroom and hands-on specialty training. Each cohort lasts 10 to 22 weeks depending on specialty, during which StaRN instructors act as mentors, educators, and preceptors to newly-licensed registered nurses.
At HealthTrust, we are always looking for new ways to help nurses find careers that meet their individual needs. This includes creating new job opportunities that nurses cannot find anywhere else. Take a look at some of the innovative careers we’ve introduced to the nursing community:
