We are thankful for the dedication and commitment of our exceptional employees! For the month of April, we have highlighted below three Central Region (Texas) employees who went above and beyond in their service to colleagues and clinicians. 

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions congratulates Clarissa E., R.N. for receiving the Nightingale Award while on assignment at Medical City Fort Worth. Clarissa works with HealthTrust staffing partner Medical Solutions. The Nightingale Award is presented to nurses that exhibit excellence within the nursing profession and each participant must be nominated for this award. Clarissa, we are thankful for your dedication and commitment to patient care!

We are thankful for the countless nurses that have provided exceptional patient care to patients across the country throughout COVID-19. Although the pandemic created hardships for both patients and nurses, we are grateful for the dedication that nurses have exhibited towards enhancing patient care. Below, we share one nurses' experience of coping with the stress of COVID-19, the lessons that she learned and the support that she felt along the way.

Today, we want to wish every clinician a happy National Hospital Week! National Hospital Week, which runs May 9th-15th, celebrates the nurses, physicians, administrators, volunteers, and more who provide healing and hope to people in need. Through the dedication and commitment of every health care hero, we know that the lives of patients are being changed across the country.

As we celebrate Oncology Nursing Month, we are thankful for the dedication of every member of the care team and take this month to recognize oncology nurses and our partnership with Sarah Cannon.
