Medical City Children’s Hospital is a 156-bed comprehensive and specialized hospital with an unwavering focus on patient care. This Dallas, Texas facility is part of HCA's Medical City Healthcare system, which includes 16 hospitals, 7 off-campus emergency rooms, 50+ ambulatory sites, 7,000+ active physicians, and 15,000 employees. Many of these positions and facilities are staffed by HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, an affiliate of HCA.

The pace of hiring picked up again in April after an initially slow start earlier this spring. Unemployment dipped to 4.4%, the lowest level in almost a decade. If the rate drops again it will match a historic 16-year-low.

Nurses take excellent care of their patients, and we want to ensure that nurses are well taken care of during National Nurses Week. In celebration, we’ve compiled some food and beverage deals for National Nurses Week that are sure to make you smile.

Our Sunrise Recruitment team and their family members volunteered with the American Red Cross for their Home Fire Preparedness Campaign! The team visited homes in the community, installed free smoke detectors, and educated families about fire safety procedures. The team helped 14 families and installed more than 30 alarms over the course of the day.
