HCA Florida Capital Hospital is a 266-bed acute-care hospital that has been serving the Big Bend community for more than 40 years. We offer 24/7 Emergency Services including a Pediatric ER, Senior Care ER and an Express Care ER. Our offerings also include a Bariatric Center, Behavioral Health Center, Cancer Center, Chest Pain Center w/PCI, Comprehensive Breast Center, Family Center, Heart & Vascular Center, Orthopedic Center, Physical Therapy Services, Sleep Center, Stroke Center, Surgical Services, Network-of-Care Affiliated Physician Practices, and more. In 2023, we added a 10-bed, Level 2 NICU to provide families with greater access to intensive care for made it easier for sick or premature infants.

HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is an over 267-bed full-service hospital making a positive impact on our community for over 45 years. HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523 bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center serving North Central Florida for over 49 years. HCA Florida North Florida Hospital offers comprehensive cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, minimally-invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, weight loss surgery and treatment, women’s health and wound therapy, among other services. HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission, is certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center, an Accredited Chest Pain Center by ACC (American College of Cardiology), and is designated as a Blue Distinction Center for Spine Surgery and Bariatric Surgery.
